The quadruple room felt cramped with the foldaway bed!!! The fruit basket at breakfast could use more attention to detail to avoid rotten produce. The front desk might want to double-check dining recommendations!!!

My modern room was fantastic and beds were exceptionally comfortable. The food was great, especially croissants, toast, cereals, and cheese for breakfast. This hotel had a central position near a nightclub with thumping music...

A charming family-run hotel with a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration. The cozy rooftop terrace offered amazing views, and breakfast had good options.

Location, 24-hour opening, good value
Just one or two of the staff were a little grumpy - but mostly they were charming.

Comfortable and friendly hotel, excellently placed. Breakfasts are fine. I can't imagine what the complaints are about, unless they expected a cooked breakfast. Good value for money.
The free wi-fi is not wholly true. There is a free scratch card which covers one use for one device per room. Not unlimited. Further cards cost 10 euros each. Still, at the price of the hotel maybe this is understandable.

Staying at Stefano was a good experience. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the Leaning Tower and the main dining areas. The rooftop terrace offers fine views. Our room was spacious with excellent air conditioning, a blessing during the summer heat. The breakfast spread was excellent, with fresh croissants and a variety of meats and cheeses. The checkout process felt a bit rushed, and I wished the staff had been more attentive during that time. The Wi-Fi connection in our room was a bit weak, sometimes dropping signal. Despite these minor inconveniences, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Room was small and spare, but also clean, cheap with breakfast and wi-fi included. With central location this made it an excellent option for a single traveler.

The room was very hot. Air conditioning in the room did not work. When we mentioned this to the receptionist, he said: " This is not summer". We had to sleep with the open window. It was very noisy, because of mopeds and cars.
